Last week at Camp Nathanael (that is from June 15th to 21st), Camp Nathanael finished out our two weeks of Noncom Training by initiating our first years and putting the finishing touches on our grounds making everything look nice and tidy. Ali and I had a wonderful time putting a nice, metaphorical bow on these first two weeks of our service at Camp Nathanael.

Together Ali and I have been reading through the story of Joseph from Genesis, throughout which Joseph faithfully and consistently shows incredible integrity and uses the gifts that God gave him. Reading this brought a lot of joy to my heart as Ali and I head into the rest of the summer. The both of us long so much to commit ourselves to Christ and to serve Him with the gifts He has given us. Moreover, I recall to mind what I heard in a sermon a month ago; that when we use the gifts that God gives us and work in the ministry that God has prepared us for, God blesses us with incomparable joy, peace, and fulfillment. Needless to say the Lord has provided the both of us with such blessings in spite of tiredness.
On Friday the 20th, we headed back to the twin cities for the weekend and spent some time with my family before heading back to Camp on Sunday. The weekend was lovely time to get things we needed for the rest of the Camp season and get some much needed rest. I am very grateful to know that there are many of you, dear readers, that are praying for us and going before the throne of God on our behalf. Thank you so so much, your prayers are greatly appreciated. As Ali and I gear up for the rest of the Camp season, please pray for endurance to get through the long days; wisdom to fill our dead time with goodness and devotion to God; and faithfulness to serve Christ through the ministry here at Camp.
I am writing this in the midst of our first week of Camp and I cannot wait to write more about it this weekend.
Blessings,
Levi R Miller
